Of course if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong design/size,we’ll fix it! Just email us at support@oceanvistaapparel.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund. If we need to item back, we'll also provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
That said, these items are made to order and custom printed just for you. That makes it impossible for us to authorizes general returns or exchanges based on size or a change of mind.
We’re not shellfish! We want you to love your gear. So if you have any issues other than damaged or misdelivered items, email us and we'll try to help.
