As every item is made specifically for you, we usually can't accept returns unless the product received is defective or is not what was ordered. However, if you have any issue with your item, contact us we will be happy to help in whatever way we can. If a return is authorized, we will provide shipping instructions and the address of our returns facility. 

Care instructions
- Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
